My counselling modality is integrative with a person centred foundation. I integrate elements of CBT, psychodynamic, poly-vagal and a number of other approaches as well as being a trauma trained and EMDR therapist for adults and children.
My supervision is a warm and supportive environment that is centered around your learning and development. I want you to feel you can bring every element of your client work to supervision as everything is a learning opportunity.
I did my core counselling training at Halesowen College, qualifying in 2020. Adding my supervision qualification in 2024/25.

My rates are £60 per hour and £90 for 90 minutes.
